She was a native of Russell County, KY and a member of St. Clare Catholic Church.
Modell was preceded in death by her husband, Julius W. Wise, a son, Julius Franklin Wise, a grandson, Ben Wise, her parents, March and Naomi McDonald Harris and a brother, Butch Harris.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara McMillen and three daughters; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Judy Luttrell and Jackie Morris.
The funeral will be Monday at 12 noon at St. Clare Catholic Church with Rev. Ben Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Clare Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 11-12 p.m. at St. Clare Catholic Church.
