

Phyllis was born on January 23, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Michael Jerome and Mary Mercedes Rau Nawrocki.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Robert Williams; brother, Michael Nawrocki; and a sister, Marilyn Nawrocki.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years plus another 10 years, William “Bill” A Williams; two sons, William Donald Williams, Christopher Williams; sister, Patricia (Peter) Culver; brother, Stephen Nawrocki; sister-in-law, Louise Hart; brother-in-law, Henry David Williams; she was also blessed with numerous nieces and nephews.
A devoted member of New Hope Community Church, her love for the Lord was evident in everything she did. She was known for her dedication to children and was a regular volunteer at Hope Academy for Kids. She was also a big fan of the Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, dogs and chocolate.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 5, at New Hope Community Church, 34 Dee Street, Elizabethtown, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of funeral at 11:00 A.M. Herb Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemetery, 32 Limestone Lane, Rineyville.
