

He was a native of Hardin County, a member of Northside Baptist Church and a member of Stephensburg Masonic Lodge. He was an electrician since the age of 15 and a Kentucky Colonel. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.B. and Ruby Holbert Woosley.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Peggy Woosley; son, Tony Woosley of Elizabethtown; daughter, Angie (Jimmy) Covin of Rineyville; two brothers, Jackie Woosley and Bobby Woosley; two sisters, Betty Cundiff and Judy Webb; seven grandchildren, Kaytlin (Philly) Burdine, Kayla Covin, Sierra (Jazmin) Coen, Tameia Brown, Allie Blair, Jayden Young, David Covin, and Michael (Brittiany) Bradley; one great grandson, Xander Burdine; and his beloved pets, Sadie, Elsie, and Baxter.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday and continues after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
