Roxie "Jean" Cole

She retired as a Secretary at Lewis and Preston Attorneys after 39 years and was a member of Island Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Renzo M. Payne and Roxie Brown Payne; her daughter, Sharon G. Cooper and son in law, Steve Cooper; siblings, R.M. Payne, Reatha Poiles, Frank Payne, Paula McMillon, and Jack Payne.

She is survived by her daughter, Nicki (Bill) Clark of Elizabethtown; a sister, Charlean Cabbage of Florida; three grandchildren, Stacie (Brandon) Baxter, Steve (Monica) Clark all of Elizabethtown and Christopher Cooper of Cincinnati; four great grandchildren, Sydney and Sarah Clark, Matthew and Emma Musgrave, and her loving family at Helmwood Healthcare.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 2nd at 1:00 pm at Hardin Memorial Park.
