She worked at the deli in Speedway.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Annie Lee; a son-in-law, Travis Roy Hazelwood; one brother, Wilson B. Hallford; and a sister Annette Sweawrs.
She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Kay Hazelwood; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Melvin Lee and Aubrey Lee; and two sisters, Teresa Hallford McGuire and Deborah Hallford.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
