She was a native of Harlan and a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was a former RN at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her step son, Joshua Conyers.
She is survived by her husband, Larry S. Conyers; her parents, Reynold and Ann Moore of Radcliff; two sons, Dustin Quinteros of Atlanta, GA and Aaron Conyers of Indiana; one sister, Katy (Gary) Day of Harlan and four grandchildren, Adam Conyers, Mary Conyers, Henry Conyers and Charlie Conyers.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and continue after 12 noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
