Barbara Ann Phillips, age 74, of Pasadena, Maryland passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022. Barbara was born May 23, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents Nathan and Emma Smoot; Barbara was the beloved wife of the late William F. Phillips, Jr. and the devoted mother of Stacey Phillips (Ronnie Blessing, Jr.); dear sister of Robert Smoot (Isidra), Frances Rivera (Rudy) and the late Mary Scarbrough (Jerry); sister-in-law of Brenda Phillips and Michael Phillips (Kathy); cherished grandmother of Ashley, Natalie and Emma Feeney; loving aunt of Beth Phillips, Angel Scarbrough, Lacey Bennet, Leandro Rivera, Andres and France Melendez, Shannon Smoot Lamendola, Bobby, Natia and Amon Smoot.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 3:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
