Dora Kearns Cramer, age 85, of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020. Dora was born May 23, 1935 in Martinsburg, West Virginia to parents William Raymond and Genevieve Martha Kearns. Dora was the beloved wife of the late Richard Lloyd Cramer, Sr. and the devoted mother of Richard "Rich" L. Cramer, Jr. and his wife Chandra and the late Deborah A. and Mary C. Cramer. Loving grandmother of Genevieve and Amelia.
A Graveside Service will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 2:30pm.
