Doris was born in Maryland to parents Charles and Margaret Porter and is a Hanover Native. She was a dedicated homemaker, having raised four children with her husband, Joseph. Later in life, Doris was also a member of The Lasting Connection (TLC) at St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Church.
Doris is predeceased by her parents, Charles and Margaret; Loving Husband, Joseph Edward Eble; and Dear Grandson Curtis Rutherford. Doris is survived by her Loving Children, Joseph C. Eble, Donna Brookman, Michael Eble, Sr., and Jacquelyn Rutherford; Dear Grandchildren, Michelle Tiller, Michael Eble, Jr., Tonianj Eble, Crystal Day Emahizer; Cherished Great-Grandchildren Tyler, Jaxson, Camden, Kali, and Easton.
A visitation for Doris will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at MMP, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Saint Lawrence Historic Chapel, 2815 Jessup Road (Route 175), Jessup, MD 20794. A committal service will occur Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075.
