On Friday, January 2, 2015, Earl “Rudy” Phillips of Ellicott City, MD. Beloved husband of the late Lillian Phillips. Loving father of Laverne Brown and her husband Walter and Linda Gondeck and her husband John. Brother of the late Bernice Toland and Kenneth Phillips. Grandfather of Scott and John King, Karen Guyer, Kimberly Wells and Kristy Lyons. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
