On Saturday, April 18, 2020, Esther "Essie" Marie Walker of Glen Burnie, MD, formerly of Severn, MD. Beloved wife of the late John H. Walker, Loving mother of Valerie M. Evans and her husband Eugene, Brian K. Walker, Sr. and his wife Tina and Anthony "Bo" Bowley. Sister of Edna Burley, Lillie Roy and the late Christine Burgess, Dorothy Harding, Maurice, Charles and Merle Harding. Grandmother of Bianca, Jaiden, Brian, Jr., Jessica, Brandon and Tiana. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; Amari, Julian, Ari, Kyron, Naim and Ava and many nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends.
Mrs. Walker's Graveside Service and Interment will be held at a later date privately at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD. Arrangements were handled by the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., Elkridge, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association.
