

Glenn Quentin Curry, age 67, of Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was born on March 24, 1958 in Maryland to parents, Harry Quentin Curry and Edith Elizabeth Curry (nee Rohn). Beloved husband of Mary Ann Curry for 44½ wonderful years. Devoted father of Benjamin Adam Curry (Katherine) and Nickolas Alan Curry (Alexis). Cherished grandfather of Allison, Sean, Jackson, Brooke, and Layla. Loving brother of Colleen Curry Mawicke (Paul). Also survived by his dear sister and brothers-in-law: Trish Cannon (John), Bobby Searing (Puma), Jim Searing (Mary), and David Searing (Lori); as well as seven nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews who brought him great joy.
Glenn was a man of many talents and passions. He found joy in crabbing, fishing, hunting, camping, cooking, and gardening. A Baltimore Ravens fan, he also had a deep appreciation for rock 'n' roll music. A lifelong boat collector and car enthusiast, Glenn was a master craftsman and professional tinkerer, known for fixing just about anything with skill and creativity.
As the proud owner of Curry Carpentry, he was a respected general contractor. He contributed to Annapolis historic preservation projects, including parts of the U.S. Naval Academy, and various churches throughout the area. His clients valued not only his talent but also his integrity and attention to detail.
An artist at heart, Glenn expressed himself through pen and ink and oil painting. Above all, he treasured time with his family, friends, and his life-long grade school buddies. Glenn was always ready to lend a helping hand and will be remembered for his generous spirit, hardworking nature, and unwavering love for those closest to him.
A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on Monday, June 30 at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 5976 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD. Immediately following the Mass, the family invites all to join them at a local restaurant to continue celebrating Glenn’s life.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, craftsmanship, and friendship.
