On January 23, 2023, Henry "John" Vickers, Jr. peacefully passed away surrounded by his family. John was the beloved son of Caroline Ann Vickers (nee Shroyer) and the late Henry John Vickers, Sr.; Devoted father of Brian Matthew Vickers (Katelyn), Christopher William Vickers (Lauren), Kelly Ann Vickers and Susan Marie Vickers; Dear brother of David Vickers (JoAnna); Cherished uncle of Emma and Alexx Vickers; Also survived by his grandpups Jameson and Payton.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will held at St. Augustine Church 5976 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, Maryland 21075 on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00am. John will be laid to rest in Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Maryland 21075. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
