On Tuesday, November 18, 2014, Lelan "Lee" Orr of Columbia, MD. Beloved husband of Marietta C. Orr, Loving father of Steven T. Orr and Joan Nolan, Gary S. Orr and his wife Kimberly, Richard P. Orr and his wife Siria and Scott W. Orr and his wife Monica. Brother of Edison Orr. Grandfather of Colin, Jeffrey, Marlee and Shelby Orr. He is also survived by his great-grandson Lucas Orr and his extended family and friends.
