Patrick Francis Hackett III, beloved Husband to Barbara, Father to Peggy, Patrick IV, Mike, and Dan, Grandfather to thirteen grand kids, Brother to Francis Hankey, Uncle to many nephews and nieces, and friend to all he met, suddenly passed away on May 7, 2020. Pat was born March 12, 1936 in Baltimore MD where he was raised by his parents Patrick and Nellie Hackett.
With limitations made to funeral practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is planning a Celebration of Pat’s Life at a future date that is more conducive for people to honor his life and will announce that schedule at a later date. Pat is best known for being an honest and caring individual, devoted to family and friends, willingness to help others, and overall positive fun-loving person. He was very involved with the Poly Alumni group and Telephone Pioneers Club. He loved watching the Orioles and Ravens, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He will be missed by all!
