Peggy Jane Snow

Peacefully on November 21, 2024 surrounded by her family, Peggy Jane Snow entered into heavens gates. She was born on April 12, 1942 in Maryland to parents, Earl Moore Jess and Georgia E. (nee Marks).

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all.

She is survived by her husband George Wesley Snow Sr., her children George W Snow Jr, Debbie Snow, Brian Snow (Lisa Ricklin), Patty Snow-Nagel (Bryan), Jackie Snow-Smith (Jason) and her grandchildren Jayson, Josh, Brandon and Peyton Nagel and Crystal Taylor (Robert) and great grandson Liam.

She was a 2 time breast cancer survivor, a devout Christian and a member of the Halethorpe-Relay United Methodist Church for 54 years.

She worked for years at Montgomery Wards in the 60’s, then she worked side by side with her husband for over 15 years in their family restaurant located in Halethorpe. In the 80’s she took a position at Frederick villa nursing home working in the office and later became a caregiver for many folks. She loved to nurture and care for people.

In her earlier years she was a member of the Eastern Star. She served as Bethel guardian with the Jobs daughter organization. She sang with the church’s choir and would travel with her husband and best friends Lynda and Denny Paxton each summer singing at other churches spreading God's love with music.

She loved everything family and supported all her children and grandchildren in every aspect of their life.
