On Wednesday, February 29, 2012, Philip E. “Phil” Widner of Jessup, MD. Beloved husband of Laura C. “Laurie” Widner. Loving father of Kevin D. Widner and Kristina Schmelyun and her husband Charles. Son of Sarah Ann Widner and the late James T. Widner. Brother of Cheryl Gregor and Keith Widner and the late James Widner. Grandfather of Lilly and Liam Schmelyun. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
