

Stephanie was born in Baltimore and grew up in Catonsville until her freshman year of high school in 1999, when she and her family moved to Grasonville. Stephanie graduated from Kent Island High in 2003, where she was a member of the Honor Society, Cheerleading Squad, and Track Team. She excelled academically and was recognized as an outstanding student in Spanish and in art, especially ceramics. Stephanie later graduated from Del-Mar-Va Beauty Academy and received her Maryland cosmetology license. She was a stylist for many years and later worked in the food and beverage industry.
Stephanie and long-time partner Anthony Dadds had two sons, Manny in 2006 and Jackson in 2012, who were the pride, joy, and love of her life. In 2017, Stephanie met, fell in love with, and married her beloved wife, Casey Culotta, with whom she lived for the rest of her life. Stephanie was a talented, kind, loving, sensitive, vulnerable young woman whose departure leaves us heartbroken.
Beloved wife of Caseyana Culotta, loving mother of Manny and Jackson Dadds, precious daughter of Alan (Judy) Reth and Katherine O’Dea, loving partner of Anthony Dadds, special friend to her sons’ Aunt Jacqueline (Bryan) Lankford, cherished sister of Destiny and Caleb Reth, and Celine, Sean (Elizabeth), and Katie O’Dea, dear friend of her sons’ “honorary Aunt” Betsy Gregory, daughter-in-law of Jeff and Catherine Culotta, and loved by many other friends and extended family. In addition to survivors, Stephanie was the beloved and loving granddaughter of the late William and Asako Reth (Pop-Pop and Obasan).
A Celebration of the Life of Stephanie Mine Reth Culotta will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newman Funeral Home, 408 South Liberty Street, Centerville, Maryland 21617 on June 12, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
