I worked with Steph at GBMC for a few years. She was so sweet and good natured; I remember her beautiful smile. When she ended up working a few years later at BD with my husband, I told him how lucky he was to be working with her. My prayers and deepest condolences to Steph's family and friends.

I remember her senior year and she makes 7 threes - and I think it was senior night and I take her out to get a hand from the crowd.  I told her she just tied the mark for Most 3’s in school history  and she looks at me and says “ so why’d you take me out”.  Good point . Coaches don’t always make the right moves .

Such a tragedy  I had the pleasure of coaching Stephanie for 4 years . She was part of the the 3 amigos as I called them. May the family find some semblance of peace with all of the great memories. 

Steph was always a quiet leader on our team, with a mean 3-point shot. I will always cherish our time on/off the court together! Sharing our thoughts, prayers, strength, and love with family and friends!

Stephanie is a nice colleague who walks out of her way to help others. She helped my HPV project a lot although we are not in the same department. She always find the right answers or contacts for me. The most recent conversation is still kept in my email to show her support. I went to China to support the HPV project after I obtained help from Stephanie. Then I got this bad news after I came back. I couldn’t believe it is true and also feel it is a huge loss for BD as well. 

Stephanie is a kind and warm person. Helping others doesn’t look like a burden for her. I believe her families are also quite proud of her. We will miss her a lot.

Stephanie my heart goes out to your family.  I remember passing you in the hallway of CHS and always said wow not only are you a great athlete but your so smart and beautiful. I know that heaven has gained an angel that will look over your family and keep them safe. Prayers go to your family.  R.I.P  you will be greatly missed.

I've never met Steph in person, but I've been working with her every day for the last year and a half.  She's such a sweet, calm, nice person.  It's hard to believe what is happining.
We were working together, but we were also talking about our lives, and Steph often mentionned her little boy.  Nolan, be strong, you're a big boy.  Your mama left too soon, but never forget that she will remain with you forever, and that she is proud of you!  xxx

I remember the first time I met Steph when her and Mike were dating and I said to him "Oh Mike she is really pretty" and he said "I know Ms. Bev and she is all mine"  his face showed such joy, this remains one of my favorite moments
