Thelma Rosalie Redmond Miller

Thelma Rosalie Miller, 93,of Jessup, MD, died Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Hospice of the Chesapeake Tate Center, Linthicum, MD after residing at Heartlands Assisted Living, Severna Park, for the past 9 years. There she enjoyed the many crafts, trips and social activities. She was born on December 19, 1916 in Savage, Maryland to the late Tilghman and Rebecca Redmond. She grew up in Savage, MD until her marriage to Albert Miller of Jessup, Maryland who preceded her in death. She retired from the State of Maryland after 29 years of service.

She is survived by a daughter, Rosalie Booker and her husband Leaston Booker of Clermont, Florida, one grandson Robert Booker and his wife Sharon Booker, granddaughter Susan Robey and her husband Mark Robey, 3 great-grandsons and 1 great-great-granddaughter, sister Carles Jean Atkinson and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. (exit 6 off Rt. 100), 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 10:30 AM . Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
