Thursday February 27, 2014, Violet Marie Payne, beloved wife of the late Herman W. Payne. Loving mother of Joyce A. Burton and the late Sharon Payne, beloved grandmother of Brian (Monique), Shawn (Amy) and Kasey (Kevin), and great-grandchildren, Caleb, Paige, Ian, Abigail, Colin, Luke, and Dylan. She was preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor Elswick.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD, with visitation on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m., and Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 10-11 a.m., where funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., burial will follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
