William Francis Whipps

William Francis Whipps, of Howard County, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the age of 77. William is survived by his loving wife Brenda L. Whipps, his children Michael A. Whipps and his wife Chrissy and Brian F. Whipps; cherished grandfather of Renee S. Driver, Brian F. Whipps, Jr., and Michael A. Whipps, Jr. and dear brother of Barbara J. Brown, Jimmy E. Whipps and Sam E. Whipps. William was a graduate of Howard High School, Class of 1965.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
