Anthony Shawn Jones passed away suddenly in his home on June 22nd, 2021, at the age of 48. Anthony was born on January 9th, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to Bradenton, FL in 1990 with his family, where he attended Manatee Area Vocational Technical Center and received his certification in carpentry.
He is survived by his mother Eileen Jung-Jones (Charles Roy), his father Earl Dwight Jones, brother Adam (Kelly) Jones, sister Kathleen (Eric) Thompson and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Anthony was a gentle man who loved spending time with his family. His favorite pastimes were playing his guitar and visiting the park to feed the squirrels and birds. He enjoyed reading, writing poems and was always able to make everyone around him smile. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
