Talmadge is predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years Joan, his parents Ballard and Kate Permenter; 7 brothers; 3 sisters and one great grandson.
Talmadge loved being with his family and friends. He had a love for the outdoors, his favorite pastime was riding in the woods and watching Tampa Bay sports, especially his Gators!
He leaves behind his 4 children, Brenda Williams (Radney); Marion Scarboro (Jay), Eugene Permenter (Anita); Clifford Permenter (Angie); 10 grandchildren – Misty; Jason; James; Chad; Mary; Justin; Tyler; Makalyla; Nate and Josh and 18 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Eugene will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222. A committal service will occur Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222.
