Mike Cipriani passed away on August 11, 2024. His parents, Frank and JoAnne Cipriani are grieved by his passing. Mike was Frank and JoAnne's third child who spent most of his life in Cortez, Bradenton and for the past 20 years in Palmetto. He is preceded in death by his older brother, Paul.
He graduated from Bayshore High School and went on to become a successful mechanic. Mike had a passion for speed both on the racetrack and in the water. He liked 'tinkering' with all types of boat, truck and car engines. He could fix any type of engine. Mike's pride and joy was his dogs and his Mopar race cars. He always seemed to have an animal by his side and in his workshops.
His partner, Tracy, said he taught her the art of 'meandering,' something he was very good at (I don't think that is proper English, feel free to change it). Spending the day riding around or cooking were favorite pastimes. He could make anything, even spam, delicious.
His humor and laughter were infectious. Mike liked to laugh and tell stories. He also loved children and play. He has two nieces and two nephews, seven great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Michael will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222.
