cancer at the age of 61. She was born on March 10, 1961 in Duluth,
Minnesota. She is survived by her parents, Ruth and Tracy. One thing
Penny was known for was her strength and perseverance. She did the
best with what she had and made sure her children were provided for.
She is survived by her children, Christine (Makaila), Quade, and
Kelsey (Malia). Penny is also survived by her brothers, Craig
(Timothy, Jeffrey, Kevin, Shawn), Brian (Jacob, Hannah), and her
husband, Doug. She is preceded in death by her brother Steven, her
daughter Jennifer and her father Arleigh. Penny also had many friends
and was a well-loved member of her community in Florida. She was a
kind and sweet person who was beautiful inside and out.
