Phillip passed away peacefully at Aspire at Sarasota in Sarasota, FL, under the care of Hospice, on May 05, 2025, at the age of 87, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on November 22, 1937, Phil lived a life marked by kindness, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to his family. He was the cornerstone of their lives, a constant source of support, wisdom, and unconditional love. His warm smile and gentle nature could light up any room, and he had a remarkable ability to make everyone around him feel valued and appreciated.
Phil’s greatest joy in life was his family. His grandchildren, Gabriella Parker, Alexander Aldana, Amy Deeb, Erica Deeb and Richard Deeb, held a special place in his heart, and he loved listening to all their accomplishments. He was the fun-loving Pop-Pop-Pop/grandpa who was always willing to drive them where they needed to go or serve them plenty of caffeine-free diet Pepsi’s and klondike ice cream bars.
Professionally, Phil was a respected member of the community, having dedicated over 40 years to his work as a meat cutter. He was known for his friendly demeanor and his hard work ethic. Even after retirement, he remained energetic and willing to do various jobs.
