Sara "Frances" Lewis moved to her home in glory on Sunday, January 11, 2015. She was born May 5, 1937 in Houston County, Alabama. Frances moved to Florida in her early 20's and worked for many years at Kash N Karry in Palmetto, FL, before taking a job with the US Post Office. She loved to sew quilts, teach Sunday School, and spend time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Ioma Forehand,and her brothers, Earl Forehand and James Forehand. She is survived by her sister, Jewel Knight, her brother, John (Marie) Forehand, and her sister in law, Holly Forehand, her sons, Keith (Kathi) Durrance, Dennis Durrance, and Marty (Loreena) Durrance, and her grandchildren, David (Courtney) Durrance, Jamie (Roy) Wingate, Jacob (Leann) Durrance, Danika Loggins, Ben Durrance, and Seth Durrance, her 7 great grandchildren, and a multitude of family and friends. Visitation 6-8 PM Friday, January 16 with Services at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 17, at Palm View First Baptist Church, 415 49th St. E., Palmetto, FL.
