Donald "Brooks" Tregoe, age 74, of Encinitas, California passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023.
A celebration of life for Brooks will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Captain Keno's Restaurant, 158 N. Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA 92024.
