Eugenia (Genie) McHugh passed away peacefully at her home with family and caregivers on December 27, 2023 at the age of 92.

She was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Daughter of Sidney Hinds and Eugenia Gomez. Genie was the oldest of two children.

She was predeceased by Norman, her husband of 69 years and brother Sidney Hinds.

She is survived by her five children Carol Di Leva, Stephen McHugh, Ann (Rudy) Wadley, Geraldine (Dale) Misner and Jeffrey McHugh, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In retirement, Genie and Norm traveled the world especially on cruises.
