Your beloved Joe has left us. There will always be a feeling of loss for such a great person. Yet, he will always be in our memories and heart. Your constant dedication to him during this awful disease exemplified the great love and respect you had for each other. That's the memory Dear Jean you will hold on to! May he rest in peace.

I am so saddened to hear this. Jean you remember what your mother went thru with Erol. I went thru with my mom. Death is a release for them. It leaves us alone. He sees life as it should be now not as he lived it. Call on him, he will know your name. I hope I can send some comfort to you Jean. And am glad you sent this to me.
Love you dear cousin.

I am the cousin of Joe. My Mother Rosemary was Joe's Mother Marge sister. I remember as a kid our family would take summer vacations to Chesterton. Joe was 7 years older than me, but he always allowed me to tag along with him. Joe taught me how to catch and throw a baseball. I idolized him growing up. I know he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. RIP Cousin Joe.
