In loving memory, a small graveside interment service will be held with family and friends at a later time. Arrangements are by Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home and Gulf Pines Memorial Park.
Bill was born on September 13, 1931 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet mechanic for four years beginning in 1952. He owned his own successful business in furniture upholstery and refurbishing for many years in Venice, Florida and worked in the real estate business in Englewood until his retirement. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a gift for helping anyone who needed it, and a love for the great outdoors, travel, and nature.
As a partner, father, father figure, grandfather, and friend, he was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Our family also wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff and all those who loved him at the Sun Harbor Healthcare Facility for all of their compassionate care, love, and assistance.
