Fidel Rivas was born on October 31, 1969 in Otates, Guanajuato MX. He came to Oceanside, California in 1985. A long time resident of Escondido he was a great son, brother, husband and father. He was a joy to be around, he always extended a hand to anyone in need. Fidel was called to serve the lord on January 11 2021,He is survived by his wife Alicia and 3 children Ulysses, Andres and Aurora.
