On September 14, 2012 Justin Michael Cook was abruptly taken from his family and friends. He was not yet 21. He is survived by his mother Arlynn and father Guy, and by his brother Daniel, and sister Alyssa.
Justin was a cornerstone of life, laughter and love to his family and friends. He was a first born, a connoisseur of coffees and cuisine, an adventurer, a musician, and an honorable, unassailable friend. He enjoyed the surrealist art of Dali, the music of Floyd, and an open desert wash with the company of many who rode with him.
From his mother he received common sense and a love of culture, from his father he received diplomacy, brilliance, and creative talent. To his friends he was a comrade and a confederate, and he supported his beloved sister and brother with a selfless confirmational spirit and with them shared a relationship that defined him. To merely say Justin will be remembered by those who loved him would be to derogate the spirit of a most beloved young man. Justin's spirit will ever remain an effectual force in each of us as we fulfill our duty to live his tomorrows, and the place we hold him in our heats will be ever hallowed.
To Justin we will never say goodbye, but instead bid him adieu. Until next time ... son, brother, grandson, nephew, friend.
