Melvin Leroy Packard, age 81, of Pauma Valley, California passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
A celebration of life for Melvin will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM at McLeod Mortuary, 1919 East Valley Pkwy, Escondido, California 92027.
