

Robert “Bobby” Lievanos, 65, passed away peacefully at Vibra Hospital in Hillcrest, CA on Tuesday February 25, 2014. He was born June 28, 1948 in Escondido, California to his parents Damas and Charlotte Lievanos. Bobby stayed and became a long time resident of Escondido.
Bobby was a dedicated truck driver for 25 years and was given the nickname “Road Hog”. Bobby had a love for cars and NHRA drag racing. He would spend weekends watching the races on television and in the bleachers at Pomona and Carlsbad. When not at the races, he loved working on his bug, spending time in his shop with friends and working as a locksmith.
Bobby loved his family with all his heart. He would drop anything for family, friends, even a stranger. He was caring, honest, and a patient man. If you saw Bobby in town, you would see him wearing one of his signature hats.
Bobby will also be remembered for his love for his children, grandchildren, music and fishing.

Bobby is survived by three children:
Son and Spouse: Robert and Katie Lievanos of Escondido, CA.
Daughters and Spouse: Mandy Lievanos and Rene Becerra of Escondido, CA. Rienda Lievanos of Escondido, CA.
Six Grandchildren: Raymond Banuelos, Nathaniel Becerra, Tristan Banuelos, Caleb Banuelos, Jayden Becerra and Ian Banuelos.
Brothers: Joe Lievanos and Rudy Lievanos
Sisters: Marie Lievanos and Sylvia Lievanos
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Richard Lievanos and Johnny Lievanos and his daughter Jessica Lievanos.
