Waltraut "Valerie" D'Angelo passed away June 2nd at her home in Escondido. She was preceeded in death by her husband Frank. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Luigia, Frank Jr and Anthony; granddaughter Tanya Vitale and great-grandchildren D'Angelo, Dominic and Alexandria Vitale. She is also survived by sister Anneliese Budzinski,brothers Ernest and John (Carol) Budzinski,numerous nieces, nephews and friends including "sister"/friend Eva Klitzing and friend/caregiver Gloria McLeod.
A visitation will be held on June 10th from 4-8pm and on June 11th from 4-8pm with a 7pm Rosary at FDA McLeod Mortuary, 1919 E. Valley Pkwy, Escondido, 92027. A visitation will also be held on June 12th from 9-9:45am with a Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. Mary Church, 1160 S. Broadway, Escondido, 92025. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
