Alice was a member at Holy Rosary for many years. She graduated from Academy of Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand, IN. Alice was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Michael McMurtry (Beverly); daughter, Becky Taminich; son, Patrick McMurtry (Sandra); son, Timothy McMurtry (Kathleen); grandchildren, Kevin, Christopher, Karyn, Brian, Maria, Patrick, Nicholas, Robert, Erick, Katie, and Samantha; four great-grandsons; four great-granddaughters; sister, Jean Esche (Herb); one niece; and one great-niece.
Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Bernie Etienne with burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor or Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
