Annabelle Barclay Vote

Annabelle Barclay Vote, 95, of Evansville, passed away August 26, 2016. She was born February 12, 1921, in Evansville, to Florence and Herschel Barclay. She graduated from Central High School. She married Harold Daniel Vote on December 31, 1942.

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Errol D. Barclay; and her husband of 63 years.

She is survived by her sons, Harold Daniel (Charlene) Vote, Robert Barclay (Janice) Vote, and William Scott (Darla) Vote; her daughter, Patricia Ann (Louis) Gill; her grandchildren, Terri Jo (Jim) Ethington, Loren (Jason) Whiteside, Daniel Vote, Ryan Gill, Andrew (Tia) Vote, and Nicholas (Julie) Vote; her great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Whiteside, Jackson Whiteside, Oliver Vote, and Harrison Vote; her brother, Lyndsey L. Barclay; and her sister, Sue (Barclay) Ryan.

Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 4, 2016, at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1526 South Green River Road. Friends may visit Sunday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue.
