

Arthur attended North High School as a member of the class of 1989. Arthur enjoyed fishing, gaming, movies, listening to music, and spending time with family. He worked many different jobs as a cook and a chef. Most recently Arthur enjoyed helping run a booth at the Diamond Flea Market and visiting Tropicana Evansville. He also attended the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him would describe him as intelligent, always smiling, uplifting, kind, compassionate, and witty. Arthur was an expert at making everyone around him laugh.
He is preceded in death by his father Arthur C. Ball Sr.
Arthur is survived by his mother Veda Ball, sister Tammie Williams, nephew Mark (Emily) Williams Jr., niece Kelsey Williams, his daughters Candice (Rachel Baughn) Ball, Courtney (Jake) Obermeyer, and their mother Tracy Thomas.
The family would like to thank all of Arthur's physicians, nurses, and caregivers who have assisted him over the years during his health battling times of need.
Friends and family met at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel on Monday, January 11, 2016, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM to celebrate Arthur's life. A memorial service began at 6:00 PM.
