

He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He graduated from Central High School in 1975. He was employed by Silgan Closures for more than twenty-five years and a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Lodge No. 153. He was also a member of the State Burners Motorcycle Club.
Arthur was preceded in death by his mother, Theola Ray, and survived by his wife, Tracy Collins; sons, Andre Collins (Abbi) and Angelo Collins; daughter, Monisha Barnhill Woodruff (Michael); eight grandchildren; father, Charles Ray; brother, Tony Collins; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, February 26, 2010, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 613 Cherry Street, officiated by Rev. Stephen P. Lintzenich with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
