Betty was preceded in death by her husband, George Rister.
She is survived by her son, Richard L. (Rebecca) Rister of Boonville, IN; daughter, Wynema Sue (Robert) Ritchie of Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Justin, Robby, and Andrea Ritchie; brothers, Donald Scherrer (Ruth) of Arizona and Dennis Scherrer (Joanne) of Shawneetown, IL.
