

Bob D. Ringham, 88, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Bell Oaks Assisted Living. He was born December 15, 1927, in Evansville, to the late James Thomas Ringham and Myrtle (Barnett) Ringham.
He was a 1945 graduate of Bosse High School, received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville and a Master’s degree from IU. Bob taught for 30 years at Central High School in the Business Department. He was an Air Force veteran who served during the Korean conflict. He was a member of Old North United Methodist Church, Lynnville Masonic Lodge #396, and the Friday Night and Coterie Dance Clubs. He enjoyed playing bridge and shared his mother’s enthusiasm for growing and arranging flowers.
Bob was preceded in death by sister, Martha Campbell and brother, James Ringham.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Wanda Ringham; son, John (Lynn) Ringham; daughter, Susan (Keith) Beesley; son, Jeff (Gayla) Ringham and grandchildren, Tom (Liz) Ringham, Joe Ringham, David Ringham, Brian (Luisa) Beesley, Scott Beesley, and Drew Ringham.
Funeral Services will be 11:00AM, Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Old North United Methodist Church, 4201 Stringtown Road, officiated by Rev. Mike Monahan, with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville. Friends may visit 3:00PM to 7:00PM, Friday, December 16, 2016 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road and 10:00AM to service, Saturday at the church.
