Candie worked as a Bakery Associate at Walmart for 10 years. She was the caretaker for her parents for 6 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, music, video games and being with her friends and family. Candie served as Chaplain of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post # 1114 in Evansville
Candie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marguerite Nelson; mother, Carole Cavanah; and nephew, Joshua Phillips.
She is survived by her sister, Marguerite E. Matheny; brother, Bryant Cole; step-father, Clyde “Louie” Cavanah; and step-sister, Heather Vaughn.
Candie’s family will be having a private ceremony in her memory.
