Carmen Martin, 71, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Heritage Center. She was born July 27, 1944, in Eldorado, IL.
She is survived by her son, Larry Shrum; granddaughter, Michelle Shrum; great-grandchildren, Edward Bradshaw and Dillion Krack; and caregivers, Joni and Michelle Evans.
