Carolyn Sue Wright (Susie) passed away at St. Vincent Hospital on May 25, 2020 at 3:30 a.m. She was preceded in death by her father, George E. Wright and Lucinda Reed Wright; nephew, David Michael Wright; brothers, Paul H. Wright, Ray A. Wright, and Edgar Wright, Jr.; sisters, Mary Coomes and Charlotte Fenwick. Susie attended Fulton Grade School and retired from Ball Plastics in 1995. She was an animal lover, and raised numerous puppies and kittens in her life. Her favorite things to do included watching IU Basketball, old movies, working crossword puzzles and picture puzzles. She loved to go to Brown County in the fall with her family members. Susie was an artist at heart and could draw wonderful pictures of people and nature. She was a very independent person and could converse on any subject matter with ease. The happiest times for her were babysitting her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. We all learned life lessons from her, she was the best baby sitter ever! Carolyn is survived by her nieces, Debra Sue Bone (William Michael), Linda Brown, Shelly Austil; nephews, Keith A. Wright; great nieces, Jamie McKay and Kara Moats; great nephews, Kody Korb, Dustin Brown, and Bradly Brown; great great nieces, Keisha Wright, Abbey McKay, Sophia McKay; great great nephews, Wyatt Korb, and Zachary McKay; great great great nephew, Hunter James Woosley, and many other nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at noon on Friday May 29, 2020, at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, with burial to follow. Friends may visit 11:00 a.m. until service time on Friday.
