He attended Central High School and worked at Sky Cylinder in Evansville and Target in Louisville, KY. His hobby was fishing with his Papaw James. He loved to rap, dance and listen to music. Most of all he was proud of his precious new son, Jordan James Scott LaForrest.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Jo Thomas; and grandparents, John and Betty LaForrest.
In addition to his son, he is also survived by his parents, Jeff and Debbi LaForrest; sister, Roxann Birdwell (Bobby); grandparents, James and Ann Spencer; nephews, Devin and Deshaun Mitchell; niece, Kendra Mitchell; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his girlfriend, Jenifer Richards.
Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, March 5, 2010, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Mark Brewer. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
