

Cheryl graduated in 1964 from Carmi High School. She was also a graduate of Lockyear Business College.
She retired from Deaconess Hospital in 2009 after 35 years of service.
She enjoyed playing the piano at home, church, and special events at Deaconess Hospital.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Alta (Pulley) Wood; and sister, Charlotte (Wood) Pollard.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ralph E. Brandebury; son, Kevin L. Brandebury; daughter, Amy R. Brandebury and her partner, Dianne L. Oliver; brother, James Ray Wood (Marilyn); nieces, Marsha (Pollard) Vining, Valerie Wood, Alice Wood, and Ellen Wood.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Rev. Joe Foster and Rev. Dianne Oliver with burial at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 11:00 AM until service time.
