He was born in Madisonville, KY in 1953 to Donald and Regenia Morgan who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wonderful wife, Karen Morgan; daughter, Stephanie Noffsinger (Brent); son, Eric Morgan; three grandsons, Jacob and Mason Noffsinger, and Blake Morgan; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Johnny Morgan (Tootsie) and Barry Morgan (Janet); one sister, Susan Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.
A private gathering and Masonic Service will be held for Donald.
Friends are welcome to attend a graveside service, which will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday November 3, 2025 at Immanuel UCC Cemetery, 5812 Ford Road, Mount Vernon, IN officiated by Pastor Tondra Daugherty.
