Wanda was a loving mother and grandmother and devoted all her time caring for her family. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids. She truly enjoyed helping and being with people.
Wanda was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Wicker.
She is survived by sons, White Boy Bobby Houghton (Karen) and George Russell (Melanie); grandchildren, Tanika Stewart, Mortica Marie Houghton, Ryan Russell, Rajae Russell, Bobby Johnson and Bryson Johnson, and great-grandchildren, Alayasia Johnson, Da’Janique Stewart and Dejuana Houghton.
A Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.
